Creating an email account in Microsoft Outlook 2007 Print

  1. Open Outlook. Select Account Settings from the Tools menu
  2. Select "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" and click Next.
  3. Select Internet E-mail and click Next.
  4. Under User Information enter your name and email address.
  5. Under Server Information select POP3 
  6. Set the POP3 and SMTP server to where "" is your own domain name.
  7. Under Logon Information set the username as your email address.
  8. Enter your email address password in the password field.
  9. Click Test account settings. if the test succeeds continue.
  10. Click Next.
  11. Click Finish.
